Cox 1673-1721 was an English bookseller whose Gentleman's Recreation set is a classic on English sporting pursuits. Gerard Langbaine 1656-1692 was an English Biographer and critic who published his Discourse on Horsemanship in 1685 for Cox. This combined publication is likely to have been issued in 1686.
