NZ content includes an announcement from Earl Grey that a bill for granting the NZ colony a constitution would be introduced as soon as public business permitted. A later clipping shows that this was introduced. Three ships arrived with 400-500 new emigrants to Canterbury. Sold with all faults. Fair. Item #018943
