No Binding. Large B&W photograph of the leading tennis players of the 1930s gathered at a tournament hosted by Lord and Lady Wavertree in London. Lady Wavertree was a prominent London hostess with strong connections with tennis and royalty, hosting regular tennis parties at her home. The photograph shows some 25 men and women players, plus the Wavertrees, Lord D'Arbernon and Sir G Beharrell. 30 x 24 cm, closed tears at top edge. The photograph includes an advertised symbol of Dunlop in the lower right corner, plus the names of all the figures in the photo. Good. Item #019288
