Image shows the golfers in plus fours and young boys carrying the clubs. Likely to be an Auckland golf course such as the Akarana. Jack Foster was the proprietor of the well-known Central Hotel "The fashionable rendezvous for visitors to the Queen city" (as per an advertisement in the Waikato Times, June 1936), on the corner of Victoria St East and High St in central Auckland. 18 x 13.5 cm.
