No Binding. Single side,14 x 13.5 cm. Signed slip with seal dating from 1870s. Lord Glasgow was Governor General of New Zealand from 1892 until 1897. Includes the signature of William Kelly (1840-1907) who was involved in the commissariat for troops in the Waikato in the early 1860s and later had a career in business and politics in the East Coast and Bay of Plenty.
