1879. No Binding. Deed of the lease of a property on St Stephen's Rd, Parnell, Auckland. Leased from the Bishop of Auckland, William Cowie and members of the diocese, to one Isaac Harrop. Includes a small plan of the property, and signatures of Bishop Cowrie, the Rev Robert Burrows, Abraham Boardman, James Dilworth, John Jackson, Theophilus Kissling, George Milford, George Pierce and Edward Willcocks. Along woth the bishop, the notable personnel include Burrows, later author of a diary of Heke's war in 1845, Dilworth, the prominent Auckland business man whose greatest legacy is the Dilworth School, Boardman, a future Auckland Mayor, Pierce, the Auckland businessman who's building still exists on the corner of Khyber Pass and Upper Symonds St, and Willcocks, buried in St Stephen's Churchyard.
