The image shows a large windmill with surrounding buildings, other windmills at a distance, on what appears to be a coastal or canal prospect. Barker (1880-1963) was a water colourist lithographer, etcher and engraver of the English school of the early-mid 20th C. 34 x 23 cm mounted in a glazed frame, the glass a little dusty, 47 x 38 cm.
