1862. No Binding. Document from the Province of Auckland, signed by Charles Heaphy, dated August 18 1862, to Mr A. K. Churton, charging for a survey of the Pakiri Block, near Warkworth, Auckland, on August 13. This was carried out by Charles Heaphy. The amount charged is for £47.7.0. A. K. Churton was Heaphy's father-in-law, and Heaphy at this time was the Auckland Provincial Surveyor and later New Zealand's first VC winner. 32.5 x 20 cm. Very Good. Item #020308
