No Binding. 3 original ink and pencil sketches and 30 postcards, some illustrations photographic. The sketches show comical images of a parrot and kiwi, and a young girl's head. The postcards include comical depictions of "The NZ Dairying industry, "The Discovery of the Codlin Moth", "Getting into Hot Water" etc., all celebrating NZ, particularly Maori, culture and life, with sly digs at pioneers and tourists. Lloyd was a pioneer of etching in NZ and renowned for his political cartoons and sketches in the first three decades of the 20th C. Very Good. Item #020970
